Our returns policy lasts 30 days from delivery. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging.
How to return an item
Email [email protected] with your order number. We’ll send return instructions and cover the cost of return postage on standard returns.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email to confirm and let you know if the refund is approved. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method, usually within a few working days.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us with photos and your order number and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
