Quick answers
- Where’s my order? Check your shipping confirmation email for tracking, or use our Orders Tracking page. If it’s been longer than expected, email us with your order number.
- Which size do I need? Measure your pet lying down from nose to the base of the tail, then add a few centimetres. Email us their breed and measurements if you’d like us to help.
- I want to return something. Email us with your order number and we’ll send return instructions. We cover return postage on standard returns.
- Why only two products? We focus on a short range done properly instead of dozens of average items. More on our About page.
