How fast is delivery? UK orders typically arrive in 1–3 working days. You’ll receive tracking once your order ships. International delivery times appear at checkout.
Do you ship outside the UK? Yes — including free shipping to the USA. Options and any costs show at checkout based on your address.
Returns
What’s your returns policy? Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Email [email protected] with your order number and we’ll send instructions. We cover return postage on standard returns.
How long do refunds take? Once we receive and check your return, refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within a few working days.

Why only two products? We focus on getting a short range right instead of filling a store with dozens of average items. Clear sizing, honest materials, fair prices.
Are the materials pet-safe? Yes — The Nest’s plush cover and foam filling, and The Leash’s ABS casing, are suitable for everyday pet contact.
Which size Nest do I need? Measure your pet lying down from nose to the base of the tail, then add a few centimetres. Email us their breed and measurements if you’d like help choosing.
Can The Nest be washed? Yes. Remove the cover and machine wash according to the care label. Let the foam base air dry fully before putting it back together.
Is the leash suitable for large dogs? The 5M Leash is best for medium and smaller dogs on everyday walks. Always match the lead to your dog’s strength and training.

Why do I see prices in USD? We price in GBP by default. For some visitors, prices convert automatically to local currency at a clearly labelled rate.
