Start a Return
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Because sometimes things just don't work out—and that's okay!
Simply contact our friendly support team via our Contact Us page. We'll send you a prepaid return label and guide you through the process. Easy peasy!
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 working days. The funds will appear back in your original payment method. We'll email you when it's sorted!
Of course! Contact us and we'll arrange an exchange. If the new item costs more, we'll send a payment link. If it costs less, we'll refund the difference.
Oh no! Please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement right away at no extra cost. Your pup shouldn't have to wait.
